BASE: CRISP LETTUCE / BLANCHED SPINACH LEAVES
BODY: COTTAGE CHEESE (PANEER – 75GM)
DRESSING: OLIVE OIL 5ML + LEMON JUICE 5ML + SALT + BLACK SALT + A PINCH OF SUGAR + 3CRUSHED PEPPERCORNS + 5NOS GRINDED MINT LEAVES + 1GM GROUNDED POMEGRANATE (DRY) + A PINCH OF CINNAMON POWDER
GARNISH: LEMON STAR, CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
