EGG COCKTAIL
Base: shredded cabbage / crisp lettuce
Body: 1 hard boiled egg, quartered
lengthwise
Dressing: 15ml mayonnaise + 5ml tomato
ketchup + 5drops tobacco + 5drops Worcestershire sauce + a pinch of paprika
Garnish: julienne of capsicum and tomatoes
